In response to the complaint from Miss [redacted] DC Unlimited landscape more Completed the job on the date that was stated and asked by [redacted] The job took a two-week standstill as [redacted] was on a vacation pictures were taken of the property at the completion of the jobThe only holdup with the time clock was due to her not having an outdoor outlet in which we contacted Electrical Company had everything set up for her at a discounted rateWe find it disturbing that [redacted] came outside at the completion of the job and stated that everything looked amazingJust to send a complaint to the Revdex.com under a completely different email address and different information that we were givenThe only work that needs to be done after the completion of the job was the sprinklers to be lowered once the sod had takenWe spent many days asking for [redacted] to meet up with us as well as many days asking [redacted] to walk the property to see what was wrong with the property via her complaint to the Revdex.com [redacted] had always ask for after hours or weekend times for us to show upWhen [redacted] continue to refuse to work with business hours we went out to the property and took additional pictures in which all plants were alive, sod was alive, irrigation was running and time clock was ready and working.We set a time to meet with [redacted] to lower the sprinklers and she was a no-show we took pictures of the property so it could show the timestamp that we are physically at the propertyAdditional emails went out to her stating that she had not shown up showing her the pictures and trying to reschedule with no response
