Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for helping in this situation, there are a few tasks that Mr. [redacted] left out that were performed that day. First, the very first meeting I had with Mr. [redacted], I gave him a hard quote for the mowing ($85/mow,trim,blow off), second, I then told him that we charge$35/man...

hour. He agreed to both immediately. The actual day of the work performed, I dropped 2 guys off to start the job at 11:00 while 2 of us were going to finish up another job. When I got back to Mr. [redacted]'s house, the 2 guys I dropped off were just finishing up there lunch (they took lunch from 12-12:30). They had already had the large brush pile loaded in the dump truck. I had the guys pick up the few piles of leaves that the customer had already raked, after that, I had one of them run the dump truck to the city dump due to it being full. We then started in on trimming an ivy bed next to the garage, cutting the ornamental grasses, and pulling weeds. I had to run and get more equipment to help with the job. We also trimmed an ivy bed along an east wall north of the driveway. When we were finishing up the day there, it had gotten too windy to spray any weed killer, so I went back the next day and sprayed weed killer on all the brick walkways, spot sprayed small weeds that would have taken too long to pull. We are willing to negotiate on the price to make the customer happy, It sounds like he is happy with the mowing price of $85, we are willing to accept what Mr. [redacted] feels is a fair price for the rest of the work performed. We are a company that has been in this community for the past 20 years and this is the first complaint we have had with the Revdex.com, WE are very sorry for the miscommunication between us and the [redacted]'s.
