Customer is selling property and needs copy of the contractThere is unfinished work on the property that needs be correctedThere are numerous piles of dumped vegetation that still need to be removed and the deep ruts need to be smoothedThe property is not in a floodplain or river bottom or creek bed so it is not a "wetland"Customer wishes to hear from business as soon as possible to set up a date for work in order to expedite sale.

Business said customer's property...

is a wetland and prone to saturation. This makes it hard to move heavy equipment until it dries. Business has told her he'd return in the spring when it is dry enough to use his dozer again. Customer can call bu [redacted] to confirm this and set up arrangements for the spring. Business had to stop work there due to wet ground, and has since been out of town on other jobs.
