i, HARRIS T***, took the call in am about mounting and balancing a couple of tires Nothing about reinspecting nor was any name giving Mr*** *** showed up about am and requested tires to be mounted and balanced and re inspection of vehicle Matt T*** waited
on him, wrote up the work order and customer filled out his name and address He did not question price Matt proceeded to do the job and collected the money Mr*** *** paid the bill and he never complained The next evening a lady *** came in and complained ab out the over charges Mostly aboutr the $disposal fee I told her she could have her tires back and I would return her $12, she declined When work order was filled out by customer all jobs & pricing was listed Before I started job I again ask customer if he wanted to continue, he agreed
