to state that we have received a 98.7 approval rating from all of our party guests over the last 3 years. It is this exceptional rating that has enabled us to continue operating with a very limited advertising budget.In reference to the complaints Ms. [redacted] filed, I can only say that her negative experience was only brought to our attention at the conclusion of her party. Any problems she may have encountered could likely have been resolved if they were brought to our attention when she experienced them. An example of that - was when she complained that our pizza was not hot enough for her, we immediately refunded her for it. As for the allergy allegations, I cannot attest to the well-being of any guests after they leave here, unfortunately. 1 can say we have never had an air-borne allergy related issue in the 15 years I have been here, as all of our air filters are replaced routinely.In conclusion, we did refund Ms. [redacted] the cost of the food that her party ordered, as she complained it was not to her satisfaction. On our part, we will continue to strive towards 100% customer satisfaction and hope that on her next visit to our establishment - we wil! better meet her needs.Sincerely,[redacted]General Manager
Review: I had a party for my daughter at the place listed. The service provided was terrible, but most important the building smells like mold, father and sister have severe allergies and they were both sick while there and most of the nexr day. Also they tell you all the things available for your party such as arcade games, but more than half of the games are out of order. The manager did nothing but make excuses.Desired Settlement: I believe I should get at least some of my money back and they need to have their building cleaned.
