I ordered 2 sheet pizzas and a large pizza for a faculty meeting. One was to be cheese and the other was to be pepperoni. The driver got lost so we had to call to see where the pizzas were. They arrived were 50 minutes late! The manager rushed another order to me. The pizzas were undercooked and raw. It was embarrassing to serve. And they sent two cheese pizzas and charged me for the original order. I stopped at the pizza store and talked to the manager and told him that I was not satisfied and very upset. He said he was sorry. It was his fault and he couldn’t apologize enough. And sent me on my way.
I offered the customer a refund at the time of the delivery and apologized. The customer refused the refund at the time.
They keep ordering from us. I don't know what to do at this point.
