The consumer was provided with free? gorgonzola on the GASP pizza to make up for the previous order that did not have this? We made the pizza with this on top of the mozzarella as we wanted the consumer to see thisWhen one orders extra and pays the $on the? Olympian pizza it does not mean double the quantity as the Olympian pizza does not come with onions and garlic? The garlic is crushed so it would be difficult to see? This is an add on topping not double the quantity? We also provided the consumer with half garlic bread for free? We opened the box and showed the consumer the pizza while picking this up? This is the second time this consumer has complained about our service

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
The GASP pizza was lacking garlic I ordered the pizza a couple weeks earlier and there was a distinguishable amount go garlic flavor, but this pizza was bland, except for the other toppings
My biggest question is what is a customer supposed to do if they want MORE than onion piece per slice on a pizza, and they want the pizza to taste like garlic?
We ordered extra and paid for extra, but even that wasn't good enough
The GASP pizza was also lacking garlic flavor
It's a shame, because the pizzas have the potential to be VERY delicious, but the store is charing customers full price, or even EXTRA money, and CUTTING CORNERS on toppings
