I am rejecting this response because:When you spend a great deal of money to replace something that is broken, you don’t expect to end up with something more broken than what you started out with, especially in less than 48 hours. We expected quality work when we hired a professional and this is not what we received. The contract guarantees “Good work”, we did not receive “Good work.” Since our initial complaint, many more cracks have appeared and we are certain that the step is compromised as well. Mother Nature is not responsible for the cracks throughout the concrete work, poor quality/workmanship is. There were things that were not done that should have been done and things that were not done correctly. The solution given to me by [redacted] Sr. was that he felt bad and would make it right. He never followed through and he does not answer his phone. I will never again use the services of the Romero Company and expect a full refund of monies paid to Romero Company as I will need to replace the entire driveway and walk ways. If a resolution is not reached, I fully intend on taking the Romero Company to Small Claims court and to the media. They have taken our money and have provide us with a concrete disaster.

crack is a small crack about 1/8" in width. There are many causes outside of our control that could have caused the crack. You knew going into the project that we don’t offer any warranty on the concrete. Our contract clearly states that we don’t offer any warranty on the concrete. Hector Sr. gave you solutions for it but you simply misunderstood him. We perform every job with care, attention, and with top tier expertise.
