Review: After meeting with [redacted] and purchasing reupholstery services, I submitted a $1250 check for a deposit. Subsequently I was unable to get in touch with him for approximately four months. At that time (July 2013), he contacted me and made arrangements to pick up the love seat he had agreed to re-cover. Another four months later (October 2013), and despite repeated phone calls and text messages, he has not sent a refund, nor delivered the completed work. He has in the past few weeks left me one message saying the job was finished, but has not responded to the three weeks of messages requesting a delivery date.Desired Settlement: I request that the vendor send me a certified check in the amount of $1250.
