By signed contract from salesman (Anthony G)I was to get S cut shower door (rain) on this remodel. Thy call and exchanged stright cut.This is not what me and my wife ask for and where told we would get.
Our sales consultant, Anthony G, made a mistake when he sold the "S" shower door in rain glass. The "S" door is only available in clear glass. It is not available at any price in rain glass. Management spoke to the client on Thursday November 14th to explain the issue. The client agreed to take a standard shower door in rain glass. *** will credit client $225.00 for this mistake. A change order has been executed documenting the details.
