GUIDELINES. THE CONSUMER DID NOT LIKE THE WAY IT OPERATED SO THE MANUFACTURER IS GIVING THEM BACK THERE MONEY. THERE IS NO OTHER PRODUCT THEY HAVE THAT WILL OPERATE ANY DIFFERENTLY.THANK YOU
