Roma's Pizza

Review: I ordered delivery and when it arrived, it was literally on its end and half of the pizza was missing the cheese! I called to report it and they said they would redeliver. I threw out the pizza because it was inedible, and a new one was on its way - and they called back to say that they would need me to fish the pizza out of the trash can! I had taken a photo for proof - but they said they needed the pie! I already paid my 21$ for the pizza and they now wanted me to fish the pie out of my apartment buildings trash for them to redeliver. At this point, the manager SAM was getting pissed off that I wouldn't trample through my buildings trash and he refused to redeliver or provide me with a refund! He said if I wanted a refund, I'd have to go get the pizza from the trash and bring it to Roma pizza. I'm out the pizza and the 21$ I paid for the original mound of crap! These guys are complete jerks!Desired Settlement: I want Roma's Pizza to send me $21 - either in the mail or deliver it to my apartment!
