I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint.The business owner shouted at me via phone, was threatening and insultingI informed him that none of the food was touched as it was inedible and he further insulted me telling me to hang upTherefore I am requesting a full refund due to the full meal being inedible as well as being insulted and threatened the moment that the phone was answered and I stated that I was calling in regards to the delivery received

When I got contacted by the phone by [redacted], the only complaint she had was that the mash potatoes had leaked out of the bag. She threatened me that she was going to post this situation all over social media. She ordered a Grill Chicken Dinner with mash potatoes, and salad for $13.95 The customer...

had nothing to say about the grill chicken or the salad, so I came to the conclusion to refund her the $5.00 for the mash potatoes that had mistakenly leaked out of the container. The customer had also ordered a small baked potato skins, for $8.99 that were packed separate, so there is no way possible that the baked potato skins could come in contact with the mash potatoes. We asked the delivery driver that made this delivery if everything was packed and sent out perfectly and neatly and he said yes, and that there was no problem when he delivered it to the man at the door. We are sorry if the mash potatoes have leaked out of the container, I can go ahead and refund you the whole total of the grill chicken dinner for $13.95. There is no reason why you should get the refund of the whole order price of $26 because the problem was with the mash potatoes not with the baked potato skins that were also included in the order.
