We ordered take-out from a food service called ***. The site offers a delivery time based on what the restaurants say are their lead times. The lead time was 50 mins. the delivery girl texted me that she was at the restaurant at the time the food was to be at my house, not still at the restaurant. 15 mins after the food was supposed to be at my house, I called the restaurant and talked to a manager. He mentioned he was having some take-out issues and that the situation is what it is. At no point did he apologize or offer some sort of recommendation for the fact that their service was now 30 mins late and it has not left the restaurant. The manager hung the phone up and the food finally went out. When the food arrived, it was completely cold. NOTHING was warm and we live 4 miles from the restaurant. Obviously the food was sitting due to their issues at the restaurant. We also received wrong items to our order.

Refund The food was inedible. We were to get oil for our bread, no oil was offered. We received the small container it was to come in, but nothing was there. This establishment got $60 worth of our money and we feel we may have receive $6.00 in actual edible food. Based on the reviews from this location, this is not an uncommon occurrence. We would like all our money back. We do not want more food made from this place as nothing was good to eat.
