Review: On March, 15th of 2014 to order Tuxedo's for my May 31st, 2014 wedding. I ordered them and paid a deposit. On May 24th, 2014, one week before the wedding, to tell me he could not get the Tuxes I had ordered. At this point I did not have time to gather my groomsmen and go get fitted elsewhere for the tux that I wanted. I went in and ordered a different tux. Even having him cut a swatch out of the book for the tux I ordered to make sure the color was ok with my Fiance. On Wednesday the 28th he said they were in. when I arrived I was presented with a tux that was NOT the one I had ordered on the previous Saturday. Instead of accepting his mistake he attempted to tell me I was wrong and that was the correct tux. We go the book out and sure enough the tux he ordered was not the tux that had the swatch cut out. At this point he asked if he could just order new pants, since he ordered pleated instead of flat front, and I would just take that tux. I said "no". he then told me that he could not order the one I had picked out on Saturday because it was a "slim" cut and I had two bigger guys in the wedding party. So, I then had to pick out yet another tux. He suggested a darker grey but similar tux, with a different cut, to the one I ordered Saturday. I said it looked like it had a satin collar and I did not want that. he said it didn't. Thursday morning he called me to tell me the tux had a satin collar and that I would need to pick out YET ANOTHER tux. At this point he offered me an apology for the first time, to apologize for the collar mix up, not any of the other mistakes. So 2 days before the wedding I picked out my 4th tux. All because he repeatedly was incorrect in ordering and never bothered to tell me that he could not get my original tux until one week before. Had he told me right off I could have gone elsewhere and gotten the correct tux. Instead I was stuck with a tux not of my choosing, but of one that "he could get in in 2 days"
He neither apologized to me nor offered a discount. Instead he told me was "generous to not raise the price" since he had to order the twice and get them overnighted. Every mistake was his fault and he felt he should not have to suffer the cost of his errors and said "I should not get worked up about it" Yeah, I should not be worked up about it being two days before my wedding and me having get a 'what's available' tux. I had asked for a discount and he took $30 off of one tux rental after we argued and he continued to not apologize or act sorry in anyway.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for myself and my groomsmen since I neither got the product I ordered the first, the second, or the third time. And because he neither apologized to me or accepted any blame for his mistakes. Our wedding was not the way we planned it to be thanks to him and he should be held responsible for his repeated mistakes so he can learn from this and not ruin someone else's wedding. He is rude and arrogant and not a good business man.

I am replying to the complaint from [redacted] on Friday May 27th. He is correct in
saying that I had made mistakes on the orders. I tried to rectify them in time for his
wedding. I replaced them with a style and color that he seemed to be satisfied. I
apologized a number of times. On Mo I asked one of the retuning party members ([redacted])
how were the tuxes? He said they were fine and he was complimented on good they
looked. I am sorry that there were mistakes made but I did my best to take care of them.
Concerning the settlement of a full refund for all of the tuxedos. I am not prepared to
do total refund. He paid a deposit of $120, each members paid $179.000. The deposit and
that entitled him to a free suit and a free tuxedo rental. At the time he came in to pick up
the tuxedo for he and his son, I altered the suit and then asked for a discount and I gave
him $30 off the price of his sons' tuxedo. I charged each member $179.00
And the little boys was already discounted 50% which made the rate $70.
I am willing to give him an additional $100 refund.
