Romanoff Renovations

I bought some allure flooring through home depot in sparks and romanoff is contracted to do the installation.after coming out and installing it, we noticed numerous areas that had very large gaps.We contacted Romanoff and they sent same installers out to look. He apologized and promised to fix it. but then went back to boss and said it was sun damage! manager also came out after numerous no shows and said they would fix it.after wks of waiting and numerous calls to romanoff, they delivered flooring. Then on 3-3-16 installers show up 8:07am no apt!I contacted romanoff and asked them what's GOING ON?! I HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE COMING.MARK THEN REPLIES, "DIDNT YOU GET THE EMAIL? I THEN ASKED HIM, SO YOU E MAILED ME AN APOINTMENT??? It seem to me that I was an inconvenience to them, when all I wanted was more floor to be done correctly.Mark then said do you want to set up another appointment since you are not ready for us to come! And also informed me that they would not come back today because they were too busy. Im not sure how they planned to do my floor today since they were so busy. this call was @8:20am and they just came at 8:07am I would have to still unplug gas lines ect and maybe put some clothes on. Totally unprofessional and have no integrity. They will give you the run around, inconvenience your life and make you feel like you are some rude customer, instead of just fixing the flooring and making it look awesome!

This company in contracted through one of the biggest retailers of Home Repair HOME DEPOT and they are unprofessional and unreliable. The installer who came to our home was 6 hours late from the original quoted time of 8 am. When he arrived at 2 pm he handed us a paper about the quality of his work and said he was unable to do the job and that he was leaving. We called Home Depot and they are NO HELP! We called the field manager and he seems to be of no help. These people are unprofessional. This is a horrible company to have to deal with and Home Depot should be ashamed. I cannot believe that they would not have looked into the professionalism of the people they contracted.Desired SettlementWe should be given a percentage off and have our installation done for FREE.
