Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] this morning and offered him my sincere apology for the way he felt he was treated. We will have him in on Thursday to complete his service that he requires.

Better Business...

Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  After taking my vehicle there a second time I was treated very well as compared to my first visit. This issue has clearly been addressed by management and thus has been resolved.
