Response taken by phone: We are sorry the customer misunderstood what was stated in our email conversation We quoted the price of the car he wanted to buy but did not commit to a trade in value We will honor the price we quoted him on the new vehicle but must renegotiate the
trade in value based on the condition and options of the vehicle

We have not seen this vehicle since 9/15/2015.  As a goodwill gesture, we are willing to refund the 91.09 that is being requested.

I've already sent you the complete e-mail thread. Their comment that I misunderstood the agreement is absolute and total nonsense!I made the offer, quite plainly, three times. Each time, they accepted, albiet sometimes in somewhat dubious language.I believe their third acceptance is without misunderstanding.
