The service I required was a large french door installation. The process was swift and well executed. Even though the product (the door) was flawed, they were able to complete the process. When Milgard came to determine the issue with the door, they did determine it was a factory defect. The factory issued me new doors. But the framing was done so well, the new doors slipped right in.

They respond well to text and emails, it you are a person on the go (like me).
