Review: I received a delivery of house heating oil from Roman Oil Co. on Thursday, December 12, 2013. I woke up Friday morning (December 13th) to my furnace not working. I called the company that services my furnace, Service Today, who summarily came out and inspected my furnace on Friday (December 13th). I was informed by the Service Today technician that the issue wasn't the furnace, but the fact that there was water in my oil tank that was most likely put in my tank when Roman Oil delivered the oil. The technician from Service Today stated I should call Roman Oil Co. and have Roman Oil inspect the situation and remove the water from my oil tank, and the Service Today technician left the service slip stating what issue was causing the furnace to not work. I had called Roman Oil repeatedly after the Service Today technician left my house only to find them unwilling to investigate the situation about water being in my tank. After repeated calls, Roman Oil begrudgingly came out to investigate the situation. Summarily, the Roman Oil technician (whom I believe is also the owner) became hostile and refused to resolve the issue. He asked me for the service slip that the technician from Service Today had left stating that water was in the tank, which I brought out to him. I returned to my house to get a jacket as it was cold outside, and the Roman Oil technician left my house without stating he was leaving and stole the service slip. He then called the technician from Service Today using harsh language. To this point, I still do not have my issue resolved as the water still in my oil tank, and the Roman Oil Co. has failed to contact me about why they left my house without declaration that he was doing so and why he was leaving.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund in the amount of the $369 for the oil that was delivered to my house as it caused my furnace to not work and because Roman Oil Co. did not resolve the situation by removing the water from my tank.
