Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted] I dont know if this was a mistake in the wording or whatI am a male not a female first of allThe dealership did finally reach out to me to resolve the issueWe met at the dealership on July and resolved the issue with the remaining amount being refunded minus the warranty amountThe warranty amount will be refunded when it comes in from the warranty company

The client [redacted] advise me that she drop the dispute and she did receive her refund the next day I also looked at her return and review it with her and it was done correct

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the main issue was not talked about by the ownerBehind his whole story of I make no promises is fact that he lied about current issues with the car He omitted the part about how the back right shock was broken BEFORE I bought the carhe know about this and didn't disclose that to me because he did was a mechanic look it over and deiced to sell it anywayshe than lied again by saying there was nothing wrong with the carI have a signed statement from my mechanic saying that the back shock had been broken for a while and was clearly not disclosed to meThat is the main issue of dishonestly because this issue was known about before I bought the carthere is no possible way he couldn't have because he replaced part of the system which was the ABC pump (which I didn't get a receipt for of it being fixed and if it was a new part or a used because that part is not working) but since this part was replaced the shock was broken and not disclosedmy grounds here are being misled and fraud.His response to this is to bring my own mechanicthat is a cover so he can say he doesn't have to disclose any issues I can pay a mechanic to find them out at my expensemy grounds here are being misled and fraudwhich the owner did not answer and danced around that complaint Regards, [redacted]

Hello My name is [redacted] with Roman motor company.I tried to respond on the site but am having issues with uploading everythingPlease let me know this was recieved I personally sold the vehicle to the customerI was Very clear that the car ran great and all my cars were ServiceWith that being said I always tell my customers at these are used cars and things WILL happen Each customer is given my business card twice want to keep in the vehicle and want to keep at home so that way if anything should happen they could contact me directRobert never tried to contact me with any issues with the vehicleI didn't even know that anything was wrong till he contacted me yesterday the 27th of November threatening me with lawyers lawsuits and all other crazy ideas All my customers have access to my Mechanics with my mechanics in parts at my costAll customers are advised of this as it is a huge help to them in the futureVehicles are sold as is without any warranty and customers know this because they sign four different documents which I have attached stating that the vehicle is sold as is They also test drive the vehicle and have the option to bring a mechanic To inspect the vehicle A form is then signed stating that they can either accept or waive the option forA mechanic and then that they were satisfied with the test drive which I have attachedI can't make things any more clea rAnd as much as we tried to please every customer unfortunately that did not happen all the time I'm terribly sorry that the customers have been having issues with the vehicle and I wish that he would have contacted me before getting price gouged by other mechanics If you need any other information from me please feel free to contact me via email or all my cellular phone ###-###-####As far as the repairs I apparently didn't make I have receipts for it all and have attached the invoice for the ABC pump as well as other things we fixedI am very sorry but I don't think that replacing coils and a shock is grounds for wanting to return the vehicleThis is maintenance and it's an swhich is not a cheap carThe vehicle was also purchased 8-30-Not a month agoAgain, if you have any questions please feel free to contact me

On 8/26/I took my mother all around town looking for a car.we found Roman Motor Company and [redacted] the owner seemed like a honest caring guyWhen asking him about the chrysler pacifica we were interested in we asked what if something goes wrong tomorrow or In a week and has it been wrecked? and Mr [redacted] exact response was 'I'm not the type of guy that leaves people out to dry, if something goes wrong in a week or so I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT help fix it"he even said it hasn't been wrecked yet a week after my poor mother bought the car and was all excited the transmission blewPlus a mechanic told us it had been wrecked so he basically said something he didnt even know.We called Mr [redacted] and asked if he could help somehow someway because my mom gave him all her school money! Is all he did was give us a mechanics number and said we had to pay everything.when we said please that's not what you said he stated"TAKE me to court"I was so shocked that he wouldn't even make an att

My name is *** I purchased a Mercedes about a month agoi purchased it for dollars and was told there were no issues and was recently served at your Mercedes mechanic
when I gave my wife the car as a daily driver she I noticed it was hanging low in the back and was hard to steer a few days afterI called in but no answerI than took it to a local mechanic who showed me the back strut was broken (literately broken and would be replacedi paid him dollars for a new struthe explained to me that this has been a according issue because he could tell it was maskedThe Owner of roman motors who sold me the car directly lied to me and told me there were no problems and it was serviced with his Mercedes mechaniche also told me there was a brand new ABC pump in it but that turned out to be a lie too according to my mechanic
the most upsetting thing was roman motors knew this was an issue and could have harmed my wife and child because of his neglect

I dont know if this was a mistake in the wording or what. I am a male not a female first of all. The dealership did finally reach out to me to resolve the issue. We met at the dealership on July 7 and resolved the issue with the remaining amount being refunded minus the warranty amount. The warranty amount will be refunded when it comes in from the warranty company.

My name is [redacted] with Roman Motor Company. I treat all my customers the same and take pride in my business. As you can see in most of my reviews I don't have any negative responses. When a customer buys a car for me they are informed that all my cars going through a mechanical check and if...

we find anything wrong we will fix the problem and have receipts to prove any problems we have fixed. With that being said I tell them that these are used cars and things will happen in the future that no one knows exactly when that will happen but they do happen. I tell all my customers that they have full access to my mechanics free diagnosis and my mechanic at my cost and parts at my cost for the life of the ownership of the car whenever those problems do arise. Miss [redacted] call me and inform me that she was having issues with the vehicle. I told her that she was more than welcome to bring it to my mechanic that I would notify him that it was coming so that way he knew it was coming for me and she would have my pricing and free diagnosis. At this point mrs. [redacted] wanted to start calling me all sorts of names and after trying to talk to her and have a respectful conversation it was just not going to happen. I text her all the information for my mechanics after the fact and told her if she decided to bring the car there to let me know but then I would not stay on the phone with her with her calling me all the obscenities she was. As I told her I understand it these are all inconveniences but these things do happen asI tell all my customers. I still try to help her she would not have it so I didn't know what else to do even when I sold her the car originally she had went off the deep end and her son actually came in to apologize to me for his mother's actions. If her son would like to give me a call he is more than welcome to so I can speak to him and tell him that he is more than welcome to bring the car to my mechanic to check get checked out for free sometimes these issues are very small issues that can be fixed at almost no cost. I am very sorry but I don't think that replacing coils and a shock is grounds for wanting to return the vehicle. This is normal maintenance and it's an s600 which is not a cheap car.
