Review: Three copies of "Alpha" were ordered back in April; however, supply was unable to meet demand. I waited patiently for three months before asking politely for a refund. In the middle of July, I was told my refund was being processed yet it was never done. Again, I was told my refund was processed on August [redacted] yet it has still not been done and I haven't received a response to either of the subsequent emails.Desired Settlement: Full refund of both my books and the additional e-documents since I won't be able to use them alongside each other.

Review: Hired him for online personal training. Wen through detailed uptake but got back a canned program which had multiple facets which did not suit me. He provided minimal communication. When goals were not being reached he did not make any modifications and provided canned responses. Took $1k to train me, but only provided some sample workout programs and no personalization. Asked for help to achieve goals, said he would but ignored me again. Then asked for refund and he declined.
