Roma Pizza Shop

This is our go-to takeout pizza. They had several options to choose from. Even though they delivered it home, it is still fresh and hot. Their pepperoni Pizza is one of our favorite menus there, as well as their flavorful buffalo tenders. Excellent customer service and very punctual.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! Their menu on counter states one price and they quote you a different price. Neither manager there would give name when asked. FALSE ADVERTISING!! They didn't even remove the menus from the counter. Asked on employee for the managers name she acted like she didn't know their names, then she goes and asked the owners/managers if she could give their names out. Neither one of the two owners/managers there wanted to give their names. We told them we were going to file a complain and they acted like they didn't care. I quote "you do what you want we have camera showing we didn't anything wrong" and we told them "yes you have camera showing we grabbed the menu from you counter stating the price and then you charging a different price. It also shows us asking for your names and you not giving it to us. It shows your port customer service. It's false advertisement Desired SettlementWould want a refund or atleast the amount overcharged
