Roma Flooring and Remodeling

On or around March 9, 2016, *** *** of Roma Flooring and Remodeling (Roma Tile) and I entered into a contract regarding tile and granite tops for our master bathroom floor, shower and counter tops This contract was a result of a meeting at Roma Tile in which we picked out tile and was told by *** the tile was available and he could have it in stock the next day, or the second day at the latest *** came to our home to take measurements to order the tile and told us he could have the job completed in one week because he employed his crews -- he didn't use subcontractors -- and therefore, he could control the schedules/completions In short, *** did not complete the job on a timely basis and continually offered excuse after excuse and statement after statement which required us to complete the job ourselves at an additional expense of $1,over and above the contract price *** *** only came to the job site on two occasions and those were on the fi
