I purchased a house earlier this year, and asked the previous owners to have the furnace inspected They had it done by Rollstone and they put the wrong nozzle in my furnace causing it to blow cold air I had another company come to repair it at that time and I received a $bill to replace the nozzle and a service chargeThe representative told me the cause of the cold air was Rollstone put the wrong nozzle in causing blockage and the flame in my furnace was not igniting properly due to their mistake I called Rollstoe to tell them about the issue, and the female representative was defensive and stated that the company has been servicing that house since and there has never been an issue I thought due to there never being an issue doen't mean one can not occurShe said someone would call me back I didn't receive a call back, and called back about hours later and the gentleman (I use that word lightly) proceeded to tell me that the nozzle couldn't cost as much as it did and I told them I have the bill, in which he stated there is nothing he can do for me and hung up on me while I was in mid-sentence This company is extremely unprofessioanl and is not in the buisiness to serve its cutomers
