We went to ROLLO GROSCOST ENTERPR on Apr 25th, and ordered furniture worth of $Merchant told that the item will be delivered in to weeksWe swiped the credit card and ordered the itemWithin minutes we decided to cancel the transactionWe informed the same to merchandise and requested to cancel the transaction But, he threatened us to stick with the transaction As merchant not agreed to cancel the transaction, we disputed the transaction with [redacted] credit card department and they issued the refund of $ In June, merchant approached [redacted] bank for chargeback adjustment reversalBased on merchant request, [redacted] bank charged us $in our credit cardWe were not sure what to do at that momentWe contacted [redacted] bank and they suggested us to re-dispute the transaction again At the same time merchant sent us many messages to resolve the issue and also requested us not to approach the bank again Even though we are having issues with the merch
