Review: I attempted to resolve the issue of Orkin billing me $109 at a pop for maybe 2 - 5 minutes of a Tech's time. He is supposed to do interior and exterior and only does exterior and leaves a bill. I left a message on website plus spoke to a person on 11/5 and three times today. I was told on the 5th that a Tech would be here today. After awaiting most of the day I called back. The Tech then was advised to resolved this and advise that he would be here between 5:30 and 7. He called at 6:50 advising me that it would have to be rescheduled because he knew nothing of my 14th appointment. This resulted for me to be a wasted day along with the monies spent for next to no service. This has been a consistent problem with this Tech for which I had requested a new person and was told that was not an optionDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for all the appointments where he only did the one item outside. I would also will be canceling this service in its entirety because I don't have money to waste on a service I am not getting.
