Roller Kingdom

Hi I was recently at the Roller kingdom on 2-14-2016. I was roller skating on the floor. which is not being maintained. I fell and end up at the ER with a broken dislocated ankle. The manger was very unprofessional when I called back to get my claim number. They were unprepared to handle a minor injury on the floor other then calling for 911. The manger who took the report did the best that she was able to at the time. Just not as prepared as she should have been for handling a medical Injury. also the main manger never returned my call the second time I tried to call for my claim number. Just very poor manger and very unprofessional and the roller kingdom is not being maintained inside the building along with the roller skating floor.Product_Or_Service: Roller skating addmission and Rental of safe guardDesired SettlementI would like to be refund the amount of money that we spent for 2 adults and one small child who is 5. along with the five dollars we spent renting a skating helper for the small child to use while on the floor. I also would like a copy of my incident report. also for the Building to be inspected. I have also personally contacted a lawyer to see about a personal Injury law suit. To cover the medical expenses. along with a copy of the inspection report of what they find at the roller Kingdom.
