His response solves nothingIt just proves that he does not care about his customers or take responsibly for ruining my watch.He shows no remorseI want this to stay on the Revdex.com page so other people will not get jerked around like I didThey're repair & customer service is Horrible & people need to know.Do not take your jewelry to Azteca Jewelers,there is a better jeweler block down so why take the chance with Azteca Jewelers When there's a jeweler min away who takes pride in their work & customers
