told her I could not certify itShe asked that I would tell the homeowner thatSo I went down and explained to the *** *** that the roof needs to be replaced, I could not certify it and I would send *** bidI had done all my communicating through the realtor, *** called and said the bid was accepted but can I wait to be paid at closingI agreed to do thatI went and tore off the roof and dryed it inWhen I found out the material wouldn’t be deliverd for weeks, I called *** and told her thatI did not know I was to call ***I had been communicating with *** the entire time.The roof has since been completed and to my knowledge the former owner *** *** is happy
