Role Model Agency

Role Model Agency is a wonderful company that I have done business with for several years. Every person that I have spoken to and dealt with has been knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. I truly appreciate the years of great customer service!

I spoke with a man by the name of *** today. He said that I have an insurance policy with them. He also mentioned that he had all of my information including my social and address??? I asked for him to mail the policy so I could go over it. He refused and said I should have it. He kept repeating the same thing over and over. He called me back, apologized. I asked for a copy of the policy again, he refused again. I asked for the name of the company. He told me it was Role Model Agency, gave me their number and to speak with ***. I asked for the company in which the policy was with, not the company you work for that has multiple insurance carriers that you represent. This sounds like a scam. He never gave me what I asked for, a copy of the policy. If you have a policy in front of you with all of my information, why can I not get a copy of the same thing you see??? This makes no sense to me.
