Roland's Heating and Cooling

very unsatisfied with their service! Our air conditioning went out and our insurance company provided Roland Heating and Cooing to us. It took 3 days for a technician to come out and after listening to me about what I thought the problem was he decided that it was a compressor (which is what I said the problem was). the tech didn't do any checks and just said he was ordering a compressor. A week later he came back out to replace the old compressor with a new one and said the new compressor was broken and he would have to order another one. After 5 days of waiting without contact from Roland we called back and the couldn't tell us when they could get the new compressor in or when it would be installed. We told our insurance company and they provided a new company for us. That same day the new company came out and fixed the problem on the spot. DO NOT USE Roland Heating and Cooling, they are completely unprofessional! I would not recommend them for any one in the Greater Nashville TN area.
