Rolando Contractor

In August 2019 I contracted with Rolando Campoverde a.k.a. Rolando Contractor, Inc. to completely renovate any home. I learned Mr. Campoverde did not have the ability to obtain permits. He brought on McNeil Contracting to obtain permits and manage the project. I was charged an additional $4000 for the permits. I have yet to receive a copy of the deck permit. Rolando Campoverde has not completed the project and both he and *** are unresponsive. I have tried to resolve this matter but they are not holding up their end of the deal. I have spent over $30,000 in materials and $24,000 in labor costs all for an unfinished product.
Additionally, upon surveying my receipts for products I learned Mr. Campverde purchased hammers, ***, and other tools or items not agreed upon.
