complete the service, but he informed us that he would not make it to the address in the timeframe that we needed it doneSo we resolved the matter prior to Mr*** arriving at the residence, but the bottom line is that we never authorized Mr*** to complete the job, but he proceeded anywayI’m not sure what he didespecially since we had a solution to the matter already in place
