It has been over days and I have not received my security deposit from ROIApartment was spotlessI call everyday and they just apologize I was always on-time with my rent and left the apartment spotlessMoved out on 7/I should have my deposit within daysIt is now 9/and I do not have itThe superintendent of the building tells me she is not able to get timely responses from the companyI call every single day, and a person just apologizes and says they'll forward my message and asks me the best number to reach me, but I never receive a call backI have been threatening to take them to small claimsThis business is shady and unresponsive

I spoke with Moshe in early December regarding this matterGiven that we were not in receipt of a day notice as required by your Lease Agreement, Moshe has requested that the security deposit be with held- as in within his legal right to do so
A letter was mailed out in regards to this matter as well, why you are not in receipt of it is out of my control

issue with that is first I was a tenant at will as of november second they said I would get the full sec and half months back also I have in writen proof that I was leaving in november not december so my guess is fraud theift sm write me at *** com for proof lso let me ssy I have a avadit david from a state rep saying that I need to move by november
