As usual, I have received good and competent service from One Hour AC and heating The technician was knowledgeable and friendly

Dave was prompt, courteous and answered all my questions (some pretty stupid) quickly and completelyHe performed our six month chein a timely basis, even adding a couple of rec commendations

Dave L(w/glasses) was my techfor the service call/ heat pump inspectionHe was very courteous and professional, explaining the results of the inspection to me

Service technician very knowledgeable, polite and friendlyAppointments are kept and an "on the way" phone call is madeWork is done efficiently and there is no mess leftPrices are fair and a service contract is a really good dealAn Acompany in all respects

What a great company!! We had Mark Kas our A/C technician and we couldn't have been more pleased!! He was both knowledgable and informative!! I would recommend One Hour Heating/AC to any one of my family and/or friends I'm sure all the techs are good, but I'll be requesting Mark Kagain if he's available!!! I'd give this company and technician a rating of 15.....if I could!!!

Seth C came to our house this morning at 10:a.mto check our furnace as part of our maintenance program He did not enter my house before he put on the slippers over his shoes Then he went to work in checking first the thermostat and then down stairs to the furnace room He checked over everything thoroughly and even changed the filter! Everything checked out great!! Seth then asked if we had ever had the air ducts cleaned and explained the process We signed on with the offer and we are looking forward to getting our whole system cleaned and working top notch this winter!! I am rejecting this response because:
The technician didn't offer me a quote on fixing the unit because he said it was to dirty and needed replacedThe company that did come out and clean it said there is no case or enclosure missing from this unit the unit is years old which is not old for an ac and furnace systemThe technician came here and charged me and that was the fee for them coming outThey are clearly being dishonest once againI was never quoted anything but a whole new unit needed to be put in technician said it could not be cleaned it was too dirtyThat is why I got a second opinion from someone elseIf he would of been honest and said it just neede a good cleaning that would of been greatHe'd notHe had a salesman knocking on my door 9am the next dayTo sell me a new unitPreston E*** was the salesmanI had my unit cleaned and it works greatIt did not even need repaired for parts or anything the company I used cleaned everything's done it runs like brand new one hour heating are defrauding hard working people Obviously it is all thru the business from bottom to top
