Review: On 7/**/15 I dropped off my 2009 Jeep Liberty after speaking to Meg. I told Meg that I needed the left front and right rear valve replaced. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle on 7/**/15 I paid my bill. When I got home and was reviewing the bill, I noticed "all 4 valves" had been replaced much to my surprise when I had only requested to have "2" done. When I went to discuss the problem I was told by Dan, the mechanic, that the battery life was near its expiration on all 4 valve stems. He took it upon himself to replace them all without consulting me. I never received a single phone call in regards to this repair which totaled $476.86. I don't feel this bill is justified because I only indicated I wanted two valve stems replaced. I was never given the opportunity to agree or disagree with the "additional" valve stems to be replaced. In addition to the above, upon my arrival home from Rohr Auto Werkes I attempted to lock my automatic door locks and THEY ALSO DO NOT WORK!!!Desired Settlement: I am requesting an adjustment to my paid in full bill. Since the bill for $476.86 is for "four" valve replacement and I took my car in to have "two" I will pay half of the bill and therefore I am requesting a credit for half of the bill and in addition, I am requesting to be reimbursed for any expenses I may incur in having the car remote lock feature restored.
