Okay I admit it, I’m cynical when it comes to certain types of business and expect to get screwed. I’ve seen a lot of dirty business practices, especially in San Clemente so I tend to be on guard. Thankfully I chose Rohan & Sons for my A/C repair. [redacted] arrived as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem as an affordable circuit board issue and was able to temporarily restore air conditioning immediately by hot wiring the unit so our home would not continue to be an oven. A new circuit board is being ordered and will be installed soon, in the meantime my house is cooling and I am thankful. [redacted] was courteous, professional, thorough (I never took my eyes off him because I wanted to see what he did) and after testing all the connections, gave me the good news. I had a local plumber tell me I needed to replace all my toilets and quoted me $5,000.00+ only to learn the floats needed to be adjusted because the arms were bent and the tanks were not filling enough for a full flush. Bending those arms resolved the problem. Incidents like this make you wary of “blue collar professionals” so I am exceedingly grateful to Rohan & Sons and [redacted] for providing ethical and honest service. I highly recommend them. I am pretty sure another company would have quoted me $7K for what really only costs a few hundred dollars. Looking for someone you can trust? Call Rohan & Sons.
