I believe this complaint is fraudulentI have never met this person and have not serviced his or his wife's vehicleI received a bad review on google from the same person on May 8th, which was removed by google as it did not represent the services provided and was slanderI later received a bad review from [redacted] on November 15th, 2017, which I replied that I had never serviced their vehicle and asked them to call me to discuss the poor review, of which they never calledThe email provided in the Revdex.com complaint was [redacted] Furthermore, the Revdex.com complaint states the problem occurred on December 15th, 2017, after receiving two poor reviews on google at prior datesThe daytime phone number listed is [redacted] which belongs to my business partner and fiancé, DennisI also believe the address provided is fictitious as that particular portion of Johnsonburg Road would have a Blairstown mailing address, and according to Zillow, there is not an address of [redacted] *** located in either Hope or BlairstownI sincerely believe that someone is fraudulently posting poor reviews and complaints under fictitious names for the sole purpose of libel and defamation

Furthermore, the Revdex.com complaint states the problem occurred on December 15th, 2017, after receiving two poor reviews on google at prior dates. I also believe the address provided is fictitious as that particular portion of Johnsonburg Road would have a Blairstown mailing address, and according to Zillow, there is not an address of [redacted] located in either Hope or Blairstown. I sincerely believe that someone is fraudulently posting poor reviews and complaints under fictitious names for the sole purpose of libel and defamation.
