Review: contacted contractor to get estimate. contractor went to property and said he would take pictures of work to be done and send them to me. contacted contractor and he said there would be a charge of $132.00 to send me pictures and talk with Monroeville city about building permits etc. I called the city and there was no permit required. this contractor works in the area and surely knows the permitting requirements. his business practices do not appear to be the best interest of his clients. I have his e-mail stating above statements.Desired Settlement: I am out of town in texas but own property in Monroeville pa. I would caution anyone dealing with this company to be sure of hi intent to perform work for them. my texas address is [redacted].the above address is where my monroevlle property is located
