In the end, I paid $for a new driveway which should last 10-yearsBecause of damage to the sidewalk while installing the driveway, Rogers Pavement maintenance put holes in my new driveway and the finish of the driveway is very rough at the repairSeven months after the driveway was put in, serious cracks were evident in the drivewayI contacted Rogers Pavement Maintenance, and they were given the opportunity to repair the cracks in the drivewayThe repair did not last, and the cracks came backWithin another months (months after installation), additional deep cracks have appeared in the driveway, and chunks of the asphalt are coming off the edges of the driveway (see photos)This driveway is not going to last the 10-years that it should due to poor quality and workmanshipI have asked Rogers Pavement maintenance to stand behind their work as they say they do, but have met with resistanceDo not waste your money with Rogers Pavement maintenance

It is impossible to verify original notations from those added at a letter date and time. Evidence '[redacted]_Email_Exchange_August_2016.pdf' contains an email dated 8.29.2016 @ 8:31 a.m. that is addressed to me. However, it was never received by me because it was sent from Doug Rogers to Rogers Pavement Maintenance. Much of the information contained in the email is false, and was never told to me.  In the end, I paid $5000.00 for a new driveway which should last 10-15 years. Because of damage to the sidewalk while installing the driveway, Rogers Pavement maintenance put holes in my new driveway and the finish of the driveway is very rough at the repair. Seven months after the driveway was put in, serious cracks were evident in the driveway. I contacted Rogers Pavement Maintenance, and they were given the opportunity to repair the cracks in the driveway. The repair did not last, and the cracks came back. Within another 7 months (14 months after installation), additional deep cracks have appeared in the driveway, and chunks of the asphalt are coming off the edges of the driveway (see photos). This driveway is not going to last the 10-15 years that it should due to poor quality and workmanship. I have asked Rogers Pavement maintenance to stand behind their work as they say they do, but have met with resistance. Do not waste your money with Rogers Pavement maintenance.
