Roger's Flooring is aware of Mr [redacted] concerns After the original complaint, our procedure is to inspect with client to review issues and then instruct original installer to repair After this was completed, Mr [redacted] still complained of some issues It was inspected a second time to determine what was repaired after original service Mr [redacted] was contacted on May approximately at 9:am and a different installation crew has been scheduled with Mr [redacted] for May to repair issues that are still a concern After repair on May from a different installation crew, Mr [redacted] will be contacted to review his satisfaction with installation and repairs
