New home owner *** *** ** ** *** *** *** ** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com with regard to her concern that her driveway was installed at a slight angle (vs perpendicular) to the garage doorsThe driveway was installed in this manner due to the cul de sac location and
radius. Notwithstanding this fact, and in accordance with the homeowners request, a decision was made two weeks ago (and communicated to Cruz) that her entire driveway will be replaced prior to July months end. In summary, *** *** reached out to Revdex.com very quicklyThe decision my company made to replace the driveway (prior to any knowledge that Cruz filed a complaint to the Revdex.com) underscores our commitment to customer satisfaction. We have built over 4,homes and enjoy an excellent reputation. Please confirm that this matter is now closed pending completion of the work I will forward an image of the replaced driveway in approximately two weeks when the work is complete
