I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process The ladies in the office were marvelous in the scheduling and information sharing process I'm happy that pictures of the leak may have been helpful, but regardless I was allowed to send them over
Danny was prepared, which had been important for me He quickly went about his work and got it done He has great customer service skills as well as not dragging the appointment out
Plus!!!!!!! the other company had quoted me $for the repair and *** got it done for $
Please put another Customer Happy note in Danny's personnel file, as well as the two ladies who assisted me over the phone
