check to and who to make the check payable, we also asked where the sale would be held. He replied back with his home address, my secretary then made the contract out at 40% because she thought the sale was going to be held at a house and not our warehouse. So thats where the mistake came in. Mr. [redacted] knew the sale wasn't going to be held at his house, my secretary did not. My secretary is the one who makes out the contracts, and took care of emails, etc. please note the contract attached that Mr. [redacted] signed, not his wife, as I had no discussions with her during contract proceedings. I couldn't stay in the house too long because they had 4 cats, which I'm highly allergic to. After talking to Mrs. [redacted], I called Mr. [redacted] and told him we would not charge him the 50%, we would charge him the 40%. The piano is still at the warehouse. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings. However I had no contact with Mrs. [redacted], however, she was less than cordially to my employees while they were moving the items out of the house.
