Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I still feel that I should not pay the remaining balance since I am no longer using their servicesAccording to my records I have paid them $991.61, and feel that I should not have to pay the remaining $balanceWhy should I have to pay $for services I am no longer using?I do not understand the policy to where their services either had to be refunded with in days, or viewed less then 10%This policy is very deceptive and unrealisticHow can someone try out this class with in days or view under 10% and decide if it is a good service? I wish they can grant the remaining balance to be written offI would also like to post a negative rating and warn other customers not use their servicesI feel that I am getting ripped off, and want to bring this up to your organization and other customers attention.Sincerely, [redacted]
