Roger Cox A/C & Heating

I would like to start by saying that I usually don’t leave feedback unless I experience outstanding customer service. In this case my experience with [redacted] A/C far exceeded expatiations! How did they do it…yesterday was the 4th of July 2013 and we woke up to one A/C unit not working. What a day to have the A/C go out in Arizona! I started calling A/C repairman around 9am thinking it would be very hard to find a company that would answer since it was a holiday. Much to my surprise the [redacted] dispatch answered and said they could be at our house between 12-1pm; but if the technician completes the two jobs done ahead of us sooner he would call. Around 1030am the technician called to say he was on his way out if we were good with him arriving early. During the phone call he asked for some background on the problem so he could get an idea of what was going on. Based on our phone conversation he was able to troubleshoot the problem and when he got to our house he had the A/C fixed within 30-45 minutes. I contribute this to his outstanding customer service by listening to the customer and wanting to fix problem at hand. Not only that, but they also charged the standard fee and didn’t ask for more to compensate since it was a holiday. I’m not sure all this does them justice, but I hope it captures how positive of an experience this was! I would use them again as well as recommend them to anyone who needs outstanding A/C service!
