multiple problems:

#1- never completed the paperwork with the City of [redacted], so we were are not able to receive the rebate he promised

#2- switch the brand name of the product that he told us he had to have our check for 1/2 down that day because it was the last day of the sale

#3- never did a J calculation to size our system, so now we are stuck with a system that is oversized and our house is too hot or too cold

#4- promised to "make it right" and disappeared off the face of the earth
