Roenneburg Pool

I've had Roenneburg for many years and all of a sudden he quit returning my phone calls, I had a leak in my pool and I needed him to come find it and fix it and he wouldn't return my call to come do soThe pool level leaked low and with the heavy snow over winter, my cover collapsed into my pool, ruined my $1500+ cover, ripped a board off my deck and made a large hole in my pool and now I need to replace my entire pool linerIf he would have had the decency to call me back and tell me that he would not be coming to look at my pool, I could have resolved this issue sooner by contacting a different pool companyI was trying to be loyal to Roenneburg and he completely dropped me as a customer with no reasoning

If he would have had the decency to call me back and tell me that he would not be coming to look at my pool, I could have resolved this issue sooner by contacting a different pool company.
