I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me. 
She marked the account balance down to zero which was my primary...

objective.  For other customers, however, I think they need to understand the lack of accountability and honesty in her answer.  For example, she asserts that:
1. Since 1947, they have never been rated by a customer less than 9 on a scale of 1 to 10.  That isn't credible.  By the way, I wasn't given such a card to complete.2. She acknowledges quoting a range that began at $300 but also acknowledges that it is a flat rate service under which it would never be possible for the service I requested to cost that little. I'll leave the slander comment alone.  If other consumers read the complaint and the resolution, they'll understand the score here.
